A few months ago I was lucky enough to stay in Hawaii for six days on my way to Texas. I’d been to Oahu three times so this time it was time to stretch the wings and head on over to Kauai.

Its called the Garden Island and for good reason, everything was green and lush everywhere I went. Not only was the island beautiful but everyone also seemed so chilled out, it really was quite a very special experience.

Perhaps the best part of the trip was actually sitting out at Ke’e Beach watching the sun setting with the locals sitting in the back of their pickup trucks listening to reggae music and selling coconut milk to the tourists.

Everyone was smiling at Ke’e and everyone seemed to just connect out there. If you’re in Hawaii its a must visit place.
